Park Street Christian Housing

Park Street Church was inspired by the work of 2019 Erwin Ramsey Fellow, Amanda Harlow. Amanda created a guide for churches to convert portions of their property, especially underused parking, into affordable housing as part of their ministry to the community. The church is donating 4.5 acres of land to Piedmont Housing Alliance for 60 affordable senior housing apartments and a preschool. The project will achieve an intergenerational community between the seniors and the preschool, facilitated by the socially conscious congregation.
